Jul. 15--After more than 20 years in the for-profit health-care sector, Odette Bolano was ready for the not-for-profit mission of Carondelet Health Network.

"I was looking for something different -- a more values-based organization," said Bolano, who started as St. Mary's Hospital's vice president of operations, a new leadership role at the hospital, three months ago.
