Roughly 100 members of the faculty and staff of the Saratoga- Warren Board of Cooperative Educational Services rallied at Tuesday's board meeting to protest the lack of progress in negotiations for a new contract.
The teachers and support staff - many wearing yellow buttons imprinted with the word "impasse" - heard Faculty Association President Isaac Labish chastize the district's negotiators for what he described "as condescending and arrogant attitudes and an apparent unwillingness to settle."
